Welcome to your Summer Course
We warmly invite you to come together over the Christmas and New Year period and enjoy deep rest and the company of other meditators from around Australia in the beautiful location of the Amberley Retreat Centre, near Melbourne. Special knowledge tapes will be offered to enhance your TM practice and understanding. There will be the opportunity to learn Advanced Techniques of TM (additional fees apply), or have your existing Advanced Technique checked (free of charge).
Course dates available to chose from this year:
5 Night Option: 27th December to 1st January
7 Night Option: 27th December to 3rd January
Cost includes: Course Fee, Delicious vegetarian meals, Accommodation. If you require a shared room then please mention your room mate on your booking form. Both of you are required to register separately. Individual course fees will still apply.

Handy Info:
Time: Arrive between 3pm - 6pm Friday 27th and leave after lunch on day of departure.
Dress: Smart casual - bring comfortable clothes for the yoga exercises.
Bring: Water bottle, thermos, yoga mat, cushion, meditation blanket, toiletries and personal items
Parking: On-site parking is available.
