What is Transcendental Meditation?
Transcendental Meditation® (TM) is a simple natural technique, which is practised for 20 minutes twice a day while sitting comfortably with eyes closed.
During TM the mind settles down to a state of restful alertness, and the body gains deep rest. Stress, which prevents us from experiencing our true creativity and intelligence, is naturally dissolved – resulting in better health, more happiness and success.
