What is Transcendental Meditation?
The Transcendental Meditation® (TM) technique is a simple, uniquely effortless mental technique which is easy to learn and practice.
TM is practiced for 20 minutes twice a day, sitting comfortably with the eyes closed.
During the practice of Transcendental Meditation, the mind settles down to a state of ‘pure consciousness’, an inner state of peace and calm. As the mind settles, the body simultaneously gains very deep rest and relaxation.
